During the training Field Technicians learn about AgSource reports including the Herd Summary, Production Reports, Sample Day Lactation Report, Udder Health Management Package, Fresh Cow Package and Milk Urea Nitrogen Reports. Hands on training that covers FTech Reports, WisGraph and other software applications is a key part of the training. "After completing the Advanced Training, Field Technicians have a more intimate understanding of the products and services AgSource has to offer and are better able to help members select the options that will be most beneficial to their management needs," stated Tom DeMuth, DHI Services Manager. "AgSource is committed to the training of our staff and this program is key to allowing our staff to provide the best service possible to our members."
